Event Services

As part of Georgia Tech’s Distance Learning and Professional Education unit, we plan and market training seminars, professional education courses, and industry/academic conferences from five to 500 participants. Today, we deliver more than 800 seminars, meetings, and conferences a year.

In addition to our facility, we offer our expertise through the following services for meetings held in the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center:

Event Coordination Services
Our professional event coordinators can arrange hotel room blocks and other event logistics.

Registration Services
For meetings or conferences that require registration, we can manage the registration process, process payments, and provide staff to check in your attendees.

Marketing Services
Our experienced staff can help you strategically target potential participants, execute a marketing plan, and increase event enrollment.
