A dedicated marketing account manager will develop and execute a marketing plan, and manage the project timeline. Specific services include:

  • Meet with client to understand goals of the meeting.
    Develop and present a marketing plan to promote the meeting.
  • Post meeting on the DLPE Web site for promotion and online payment.
  • Provide access to DLPE database of inquiries and past participants (150K names) and secure targeted lists (at cost) for print mailings and e-mail.
  • Write text, proof, and edit for a save-the-date postcard and print brochure (includes two rounds of edits from original draft).  Create a PDF copy of the print brochure.
  • Develop two creative concepts for client approval.
  • Provide a PowerPoint template to match meeting collateral.
    Write and distribute a press release promoting the meeting.
    Secure vendor(s) for printing needs. 
  • Manage production process.
  • Execute and manage marketing timeline.
  • Manage and track inbound inquiries (phone, mail, or e-mail).
  • Create a meeting specific Web site, secure URL address, and optimize natural Web search results (additional fees apply)
  • Design and execute e-mail campaigns to market your meeting (additional fees apply)
