Services for Georgia Tech Departments

Special service packages are available to Georgia Tech Departments for association and professional meetings and conferences. Packages may include meeting space and amenities within the Global Learning Center, as well as accounting, event coordination, marketing, and registration services.  Service packages are also available to support off-site conferences. 

Complete Meeting & Conference Service Package
The Complete Meeting & Conference Service Package is a comprehensive service offering for events held in the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center. The CMCSP includes one main session room and one breakout room, the Premium Tech AV Package including on-site support, BuzzBreaks and accounting, event coordination, marketing, and registration services. 

Complete Conference Service Package for Off-Site Events
For events held off site, DLPE offers a Complete Conference Service Package including accounting, event coordination, marketing, and registration services.

Registration Service Package
For events held offsite, we offer a limited service package including registration and Web-site posting of the event. Event must not have CEUs to qualify for this special rate.
