Our Complete Meeting Package offers you a fixed per person, per day rate inclusive of service and the features you need to make your next corporate meeting, conference, or seminar a success.  Customers appreciate our flexibility and expertise coupled with our in-house support team to take care of your meeting’s unique requirements.

The Complete Meeting Package includes:
Dedicated Event Planning Service
Our event planners provide a single point of contact—before, during, and after your function. We are committed exclusively to event logistics from detailing meetings to assisting with special requests. Our business concierge staff can help meeting attendees with local arrangements including dinner reservations, reserving tee times, or ordering tickets to Atlanta events.

Meeting Space
The Center includes conference rooms, meeting rooms, amphitheaters, computer labs, and videoconferencing designed to support your meeting objectives.  Each room comes with comfortable, ergonomic seating, fluorescent and incandescent lighting with clearly marked controls, a phone, and notepads and pens. The Complete Meeting Package includes a general session room. Breakout rooms will result in additional charges.

Premium Tech AV Package
Control the meeting experience with a touch of the button. A speaker’s lectern allows you to control the audio-visual equipment from an easy-to-use touch panel screen. The Premium Tech AV Package includes a ceiling-mounted LCD projector, drop-down screens, and a document camera. Every room is equipped with a PC with CD- and DVD-ROM (Internet access included), laptop connectivity, and a wireless-lavaliere microphone.

BuzzBreaks
The BuzzBreak offers a continental breakfast and refreshments throughout your meeting. Don't worry about choosing menus, planning break times or dealing with in-room interruptions. Available from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, the BuzzBreak is continually replenished so you have the flexibility to break at a time that is appropriate for your meeting.
